Terms of use
Last updated: 9 July 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of campaigndrive.life (the "Site") operated by CampaignDrive Inc. ("CampaignDrive", "we", "us"), a corporation incorporated in Ontario, Canada. By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. About CampaignDrive
CampaignDrive Inc. is a full-service marketing agency providing brand and campaign strategy, paid media, SEO, content marketing, social media, creative production, marketing automation, analytics and go-to-market services for client brands. We are a professional services firm — not a course provider, SaaS product, lifestyle brand, political organization, charity, automotive business or financial adviser.
2. Brand and domain clarifications
The domain campaigndrive.life uses the .life top-level domain for branding purposes only. CampaignDrive is NOT a lifestyle, wellness, life-coaching or personal development brand.
The word "Campaign" refers to a marketing and advertising campaign run on behalf of client brands — including paid media, content, SEO and integrated channel programmes. It does NOT refer to political campaigns, election activities, charity fundraising drives, activism campaigns or any non-commercial cause.
The word "Drive" refers to campaign momentum, forward progress and sustained marketing effort — the engine that keeps the right audience moving toward a brand. It does NOT refer to automobiles, ride-hailing, disk drives, golf drives or any automotive or mechanical context.
3. No guarantee of marketing results
Content on this Site describes marketing and advertising services, illustrative engagements and general industry context. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, advertising reach, lead volumes, sales figures, revenue growth, return on investment, viral reach or any particular marketing outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control including budget, market conditions, product quality, competitive activity, seasonality and platform algorithm changes.
Case studies, metrics, budget ranges and performance figures shown on the Site are illustrative of past or hypothetical work. They are not promises of future performance for your brand. Separate written agreements govern deliverables, fees and reporting for paid engagements.
4. Site content and intellectual property
All text, graphics, logos, photographs, design elements and code on the Site are owned by CampaignDrive Inc. or used under licence. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written consent.
Client work displayed in illustrative case studies uses anonymised descriptions. We do not display fabricated brand logos or claim partnerships we do not hold.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable Canadian law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers or data.
- Transmit malware, spam or automated scraping tools that impair Site performance.
- Misrepresent your affiliation with CampaignDrive.
- Harvest personal information from the Site for unsolicited commercial messaging.
We may suspend or block access for conduct that violates these Terms or threatens Site security.
6. Enquiries and no agency relationship

A binding engagement requires a signed agreement and mutual acceptance of scope, fees and terms. Information on the Site is general in nature and does not constitute professional, financial, legal or investment advice.
7. Third-party links and platforms
The Site may link to third-party websites, advertising platforms or tools. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices or availability. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.
