Is CampaignDrive a marketing course or a lifestyle brand — and do you guarantee leads, rankings or ROI?

No. We are a full-service growth & campaign marketing agency that plans and runs client campaigns — we do not sell courses. The .life TLD is branding only, NOT a lifestyle / wellness / coaching brand; "Campaign" means a marketing campaign for client brands (not a political or charity drive) and "Drive" means campaign momentum (not cars). We cannot and do not guarantee rankings, leads, sales or ROI; outcomes depend on budget, market, product and competition.

How do you structure engagements — retainer or project?

Both. Always-on performance marketing — paid media, SEO, content and analytics — typically runs on a monthly CAD retainer with defined scope and KPIs. Campaign launches, rebrands and one-off audits are scoped as projects with a fixed fee and timeline. We discuss which model fits during discovery; many clients start with a project and move to a retainer partnership once channels are proven.

What are typical CAD budgets?

Agency retainers for integrated campaigns often start around C$8,000–C$15,000 per month for SMEs, scaling with channel count and creative volume. Media spend is separate and managed transparently. Project scopes for brand strategy or campaign launches range from C$12,000 to C$50,000+ depending on complexity. We quote in Canadian dollars and align project scope to your budget honestly — no padded line items.

How long does onboarding take?

Discovery and audit phases typically take two to three weeks. A full integrated campaign from brief to live media usually requires six to twelve weeks, depending on creative production needs and platform approvals. Rush timelines are possible for focused paid-media builds but we will tell you when speed compromises learning phases that paid social and Google Ads need.

Which channels and platforms do you manage?

Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max), Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, programmatic display, SEO, content marketing, social media, email / CRM marketing and marketing automation platforms. We recommend channels based on your audience targeting and funnel — not every platform suits every brand in the Canadian market.

How often do you report, and what does transparency look like?

Monthly reporting is standard for retainers, with weekly pacing reviews for active paid media. Dashboards cover spend, KPIs, conversion metrics and recommended adjustments. You receive raw platform access where contracts allow. We frame ROI honestly — attributing what we can, flagging what we cannot, and never smoothing numbers to look better than they are.

Who owns creative assets and ad accounts?

You own finished creative assets produced under your engagement. Ad accounts are set up in your name or transferred to your control — we do not hold accounts hostage. CampaignDrive retains portfolio rights only with your written permission. Strategy documents and media plans belong to you at project completion.

How do you handle personal data under PIPEDA?

We collect only what is needed to deliver marketing services and respond to enquiries. Data is stored securely, accessed on a need-to-know basis and retained per our privacy policy. You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting [email protected]. Form submissions require explicit consent before we process your information.

Do you send marketing emails? What about CASL?

Only with express consent, in line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation. Submitting a contact form does not subscribe you to marketing communications. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe mechanism. We do not purchase email lists or send unsolicited commercial messages.

What do you NOT do?

We do not guarantee rankings, reach, leads, sales, ROI or virality. We are not a get-rich-quick scheme, crypto or token launchpad, MLM promoter, course or bootcamp, startup accelerator taking equity, or a buyer of fake followers. We do not practice black-hat SEO, fabricate client logos or claim partner badges we do not hold. We are a professional marketing services firm — nothing else.

Which tools does your team use?

Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Looker Studio and project tools including Asana and Slack. Tool selection depends on your stack and project scope — we adapt to your existing CRM and analytics setup where practical.
